I have been working in the restaurants for as long as I can remember, my very first job at 16 years old was in a restaurant called Dundee's, which made the best Spinach Mushroom Quesadillas. In early 2000, I began attending the Culinary School of The Food Network. Then in 2008, I graduated from University of Memphis with a degree in Hospitality Restaurant Management. I have cooked & catered for family, friends and a few celebrities. My combined 20 years in restaurants & catering has led me to where I am now, to start my own business.
